ABSTRACT

The purpose of this study is to survey child teacher' s practice aboutassessment of musical attitude, musical behavior, musical concept forproviding a foundation of consisting music education content anddeveloping a music assessment tools. The subjects of this study were208 child teachers. The tool for this study is a questionnaire that iscomposing of music education assessment items.The results are as follows:First, most of the child teachers assess musical attitude and musicalbehavior, but they hardly assess musical concept.Second, there is no difference of teacher's scholastic ability andteacher's career, but there is difference of the type of child care center.
