The development of teaching-learning program for music instruction utilizing visual media should consider students` interest and curiosity, and it should suit their perception and sentiment growth and also should reach an integrated level of achievement as well, From this perspective, visual media have the characteristics of the composite arts, which makes them good applicable sources that could draw students` interest and curiosity, The purpose of this study is to develop teaching-learning program for elementary school music instruction utilizing visual media that could attract students` curiosity and interest. Accordingly, this study developed a program utilizing visual media that would make effective teaching-learning possible based on the need for a specific way for teachers to communicate with their students in school music classes for creativity-personality education.
