The purpose of this study is to seek the difficulties and improvements of music teachers of after-school by analyzing the difficulties that they have experienced. For the study the in-depth interviews have been conducted to amass relating data on 7 after-school teachers in G Metropolitan City. The findings reveal that they had various problems such as personalities teaching & learning methods the incomprehension on students and parents the guidance plan for music education the selection of textbook the teacher-centered teaching method and the incomprehension on identities and teachership culture. Therefore in order to improve these problems it is suggested that diverse supporting systems be prepared for the increase of music teacher`s capabilities.
