The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of the music play program for social development of the elementary students with ADHD. The target students were the ones who were dignosed by a doctor or rated by CTRS-R(Conners’ teacher rating scale-revised) test. This study employed the data collection and analysis methods of qualitative research, including participant observations. The findings of this study were the following: First, the music play program had positive effects on the social development of the students with ADHD in their abiliies of following rules, cooperation, exploration and independency. Second, the program helped in part the reduction of disturbant behaviours.
