A Study on Children`s Songs by Jeong Yul-Seong -Focused on Technic of Singing-

ABSTRACT

Jeong Yul-Seong (1914-1976) was born Gwang-ju in Republic of Korea as one of China``s three major musician. He spent his early years in South korea. Since 1933, he went to China for anti-Japanese movement, he was known as the 1.3 billion Chinese music godfather for evolution and lyrical music created works of more than 360 songs. Therefore, the purpose of this research was to develop a teaching and learning method for children’s songs composed by Jeong Yul-Seong. To know Jeong Yul-Seong, First I had to research his birth and life of childhood, and looked out the creative features based on the historical background of the time was the work activities. Second, to organize his masterpiece. Third, to present the way of singing his masterpiece 6, play singing the original sound expressed directly by the Pinvin(병音) with the original song and the letter directly to the Korean music, was presented to compose background, atmosphere, important state, modifying the lyrics and singing accent and methods.
