An Analysis of Perception of Implementing the Competencies in Music Class based on the 2015 Revised Curriculum

ABSTRACT

The 2015 revised curriculum will handle any issues that emerge while implementing national strategy projects. This survey focused on teaching·learning methods and instructional assessment for implementing the 2015 revised curriculum successfully. The purpose of this study is an investigation of competencies required for future society, of which expanding the studies to design a curriculum in music. To this aim, this survey instruments investigate teaching·learning tool as a instructional aspect and assessment plans to implement the 2015 revised curriculum in music. For the more, those plans need to determined what contents should be extended. The participants of this survey are students and teachers at elementary and middle schools of hundred. The questions are developed about what need for music class with enhancing the competencies. As a result of survey, this study suggested that the way of how implement a teaching·learning tool as an instructional aspect and assessment plans the learning of music. So, this study have implication that the 2015 revised curriculum is an effectively manipulated for the future study in improvement of actual music curriculum.
