The purpose of this study was to investigate mediating effect of professor-student interaction on the relation between major satisfaction and career maturity with applied music major students. Results obtained from path analysis were follows as. First, major satisfaction statistically significantly affected professor-student interaction as well as career maturity. Second, professor-student interaction statistically significantly affectedcareer maturity. Third, partial mediating effect of professor-student interaction existed between major satisfaction and career maturity. Last, indirect effect of major satisfaction and via professor-student interaction was statistically significant on career maturity. The current study showed importance of how professor-student interaction to enhance students’ career maturity.
