The Effects of Music Drama Class on the Leadership Improvement of High School Students

ABSTRACT

This study investigates the effect of music drama class on the leadership. The subjects were 32 female and 9 male students at S high school in Seoul, Korea. The KEDI leadership trait test(Kim et al., 2006) was used in pre-post test design. As a result, the leadership scores significantly improved, and significantly sub-factors were vision and Willpower, challenging spirit, decision making, interpersonal relationship and organizational competence, and caring for others and communities, suggesting that music drama class are effective on improving high school student’s leadership.
