ABSTRACT

The purpose of this study is to investigate, compare, and analyze the satisfaction of high school students with distance learning in music subject classes, and to draw implications. To this end, a survey was conducted on 178 high school students in Gyeonggi Province, South Korea, who participated in distance classes. The results of the survey analysis are as follows.First, the differences in all factors of satisfaction-content, interactivity, system, and overall satisfaction were examined according to background variables such as gender and grade. As a result, no statistically significant difference was found according to gender in all factors of satisfactioncontent, interactivity, system, and overall satisfaction, whereas statistically significant differences was found according to grade. Second, multiple regression analysis was conducted to validate the influences of content, interactivity, system on the overall satisfactionon with distance learning, and the results showed that overall satisfaction increased as the content quality and system functionality improved in distance learning.
