An Empirical Study of Teaching Decision-Making Levels from the Perspective of Novice Music Teachers in Junior High Schools

ABSTRACT

본 연구는 산둥성 중학교 초임 음악 교사들의 의사결정 수준을 탐구하고, 성별, 학력, 학교 유형과 같은 요인들의 영향을 분석하였다. 100명의 교사를 대상으로 한 설문조사 결과, 전체적인 의사결정 수준은 중간 정도로 나타났으며, 사전적(preactive) 단계가 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 성별에 따른 유의미한 차이는 발견되지 않았으나, 학력과 학교 유형은 유의미한 영향을 미쳤다. 본 연구는 교수 의사결정에 영향을 미치는 요인을 규명하기 위한 이론적 틀을 제안하며, 중학교 음악 교육의 질을 향상시키고 국제 기준에 부합하도록 지원하기 위한 교육 정책 및 교사 연수 프로그램에 대한 이론적 근거와 실질적 지침을 제공한다.
